Before joining the staff at Stanfield Nursing Home, Emma’s journey in care has been both impressive and inspiring.
She started as a care assistant. Following her nursing qualification, she gradually took on diverse roles. These ranged from nurse training and education to management.
Her 25 years of experience have shaped her into a seasoned care manager, with a deep commitment to person-centred care.
