Testimonials

I genuinely don’t know even where to begin. Mom was a lovely but complex lady who loved Stanfield as her home and most important she loved the staff. It was so important to us as a family that every member of staff knew how much we were grateful for the care they gave mom. Thank you for making mom’s last year as special as it could be.

Having worked in dementia care for a number of years. It still came a shock to me when my dad had dementia, he deteriorated quite quickly and needed nursing care. After visiting homes in my area I was very impressed with Richard and all the staff at Stanfield Nursing Home they all went above and beyond to ensure my dad had the best care in his last few months of life, he was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. And I couldn’t of wished for a better place for dad to see out his last few months. My family and I will never forget the support we were given threw the hard times.

Our mum has only been here for 6 months and the staff have gone above and beyond to help my mum settle in. We can sleep easy knowing she’s receiving the best care. Thank you.

Dad was given notice to leave a care home that could no longer support his needs. The support and care given by Richard White and his team to both Dad and his family throughout his time at Stanfield and when he sadly passed away was fantastic.

My daughter had the privilege of working at Stanfield both before and after Dad passed and she confirms that the residents are always treated with the utmost care, respect and dignity.

I cannot recommend Stanfield enough to care for your loved ones – particularly those with more complex needs. For Richard White, caring for dementia residents is not just a job but an absolute passion. A wonderful care home, thank you!

Our family would just like to say a massive heartfelt thank you to you and all of the staff at Stanfield.

We could not have wished for a more caring environment for Mum to spend her last days. Everyone was so wonderful and attentive. Knowing that she was comfortable and cared for when we couldn’t be there made things just that little bit easier.

Stanfield is a choice I would recommend to anyone looking for a nursing home for their loved ones without a doubt.

My mother spent the last three weeks of her life in Stanfield Nursing Home. Whilst deeply saddened by her loss we have gained great comfort from the knowledge that her care during that time was exemplary. She was always treated with great kindness and sensitivity. Led by a strong and compassionate management team, the whole staff worked together and were faultless in the standard of care they cheerfully provided – always vigilant and aware of the needs of residents. We were faithfully updated on any changes in my mother’s condition and this allowed us to be with her for her final hours. At the time of our loss we were totally supported and cared for – fed, comforted and helped through those first painful hours. We will never forget Stanfield and offer our heartfelt commendation.

Thank you for looking after our father during these past months. Your care and kindness to him will not be forgotten.
