Caring for all at Stanfield Nursing Home

Our CQC-rated ‘Outstanding’ nursing home has highly trained and experienced senior care staff who are dedicated to delivering quality care for everyone in our home. Our Georgian house is based rurally in Worcestershire, making it easy to maintain a calm and tranquil environment within the home. The devotion of our staff helps to ensure days remain stress-free and enjoyable for all. Recently there has been mass flooding in many areas of Worcestershire. Even with the river bridges closed, staff are still dedicated and committed to making a superb effort to get to work and continue their support of people in the home.

As well as providing for our residents we also understand the importance of happy staff. It’s crucial to make sure our team of senior care staff, nurses, and other members are feeling comfortable and accomplished in their jobs. In doing so, it secures continuity of staff for our residents to build rapport and gain familiarity as well as providing more motivated and supportive care. Our senior care staff take a great personal interest in every individual here at Stanfield and have their health, happiness, and safety at the heard of everything they do. This is why we always take the time to listen and communicate with staff about anything they have in mind when it comes to making changes or improvements to our home.

Maintaining a happy environment

We are extremely proud of our staff retention levels and keeping a positive and fulfilling environment remains a wide focus for us. We go to great lengths in ensuring our staff remain happy with their roles. Maintaining staff retention levels allows us to continue to offer stability in the care of your loved ones. Decades of knowledge and experience allow us to sustain a happy environment for everyone. Our whole team work together to implement the best individual and personalised care for people. Alongside this we make sure our staff are looked after too by ensuring sufficient staffing levels and hours throughout the day for the care team to be able to complete tasks to the highest standard. This means they have enough support from other staff members to safeguard people’s needs at a relaxed pace. All of this combined establishes a calm environment for activities and daily goings on to flourish. It also enables our staff to take the time to build and maintain special bonds and memories with residents.
