Here at Stanfield Nursing Home, we are proud to deliver the highest standards of nursing care. In fact, achieving high standards every time is at the cornerstone of everything we do.
Our staff members are all highly experienced in care giving. They take pride in delivering a compassionate and person-centred approach when it comes to caring for your loved ones. Alongside our experienced care home staff, we also have Registered Nurses on duty too. Our nurses are on hand 24 hours a day to provide professional nursing care for anyone who requires it. They lead a team of qualified staff who look after residents’ individual needs.
All members of Stanfield Nursing Home’s team, including ancillary staff, regularly attend courses to ensure they are trained in the most up-to-date practices. This includes patient-centred nursing care and safeguarding vulnerable adults. By continuing to expand the knowledge of our staff when it comes to caring, we can ensure we are all equipped to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs. This is particularly important when providing dementia care.
We are proud of our staff retention levels here at our nursing home in Worcester. Our staff retention levels reflect the stability and excellent continuity of nursing care that we can offer to our residents. We can also build up strong, friendly relationships between staff and residents.
Our Matron, Pat, has been with us for over 25 years and both our senior nurses have been here for over 10 years.
