Our staff members are all highly experienced in caregiving. They take pride in delivering a compassionate and person-centred approach when it comes to caring for your loved ones.
Alongside our experienced care home staff, we also have Registered Nurses on duty too. Our nurses are on hand 24 hours a day to provide professional nursing care for anyone who requires it. They lead a team of qualified staff who look after residents’ individual needs.
All members of Stanfield Nursing Home’s team, including ancillary staff, regularly attend courses to ensure they are trained in the most up-to-date practices. This includes person-centred nursing care and safeguarding vulnerable adults. By continuing to expand the knowledge of our staff when it comes to caring, we can ensure we are all equipped to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs. This is particularly important when providing dementia care.
