The team at Stanfield Nursing Home in Worcester is excited and proud to announce that the Care Quality Commission (CQC) found that our care home met the characteristics of an ‘Outstanding’ rating overall. CQC published the report and rating of Stanfield following an inspection earlier this year.

The CQC monitors, inspects and regulates care services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. They publish what they find, including performance ratings to help inform people’s choices about moving into a care home. There are five questions CQC regulators ask of all care services. Are they safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led? Our Worcester nursing home received an ‘Outstanding’ rating by CQC for being responsive and well-led.
