Richard White has been the Director and owner of Stanfield Nursing Home for 30 years. He prides himself and his team on providing a professional, caring and sensitive haven at what can be a difficult time. Stanfield Nursing Home offers a relaxed, friendly and respectful approach to care. Delivered in a comfortable, peaceful setting, in the quiet village of Rushwick, just outside of the city of Worcester.

Joanne is Stanfield Nursing Home’s Training Co-ordinator. She is responsible for delivering the continuous professional development of all of the care home’s staff. Joanne and her team regularly initiate innovative training. This ensures that, at all times, Stanfield’s team are equipped to provide the quality, holistic care. Care which fulfils the needs and wants, thus ensuring the health, happiness and safety, of all the residents at this Worcester care home.
