Every member of our team takes a personal interest in all our residents. Our residents’ health, happiness and safety are at the heart of everything we do.

We are proud of our staff retention levels which mean we can offer stability and excellent continuity of care. We can also build up strong, friendly relationships between staff and residents. Our matron, Pat, has been with us for over 19 years and both our senior nurses have been here for 7 years.

There are Registered Nurse on duty twenty four hours a day. They lead a team of qualified staff who look after residents’ individual needs.
