Continuous professional development
We are committed to providing our staff with opportunities to undergo further training to enhance their skills and qualifications.
All members of Stanfield Nursing Home’s team, including ancillary staff, attend courses on patient-centred care and protecting vulnerable adults. This ensures we are all equipped to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs. We also all attend food hygiene courses so residents’ health and safety is not compromised.
